Synopsis: "Pátria" is a documentary on Brazilian women's volleyball team that won the bronze medal in the Atlanta Olympic Games, in 1996. The players Ana Moser, Fernanda Venturini, Márcia Fu, Hilma, Ana Flávia, Ida, Ana Paula, Virna, Leila, Filó, Fofão e Sandra were responsible for leading Brazilian volleyball to the top and proved that the Olympic spirit goes beyond a golden medal. The film is part of the Memória do Esporte Olímpico Brasileiro project and intends to tell the story of the group that represented the country with devotion and bravery.
